About the Author & Illustrator

Genie Chow is a full-time author and illustrator of children's books and novels. She is the owner of the publishing house, Rainbow Lute Publishing with two imprints, Sunny Rainbow Press and RomCom Press. 

    She majored in art and graduated with a degree in film. In addition to writing and illustrating children's books, she realized she always wanted to write novels, and decided to work as a temp to support her art and painted portraits part-time.

     Her debut romantic comedy novel is Two Weddings and a Bust, set in Hollywood about a woman in a middle age crisis trying to form a lasting relationship and pursue her dreams of becoming a screenwriter. 

     Genie lives in California with her partner.
